Focused and determined children benefit greatly from small-group settings during children’s activities, as they can practice and refine their movements without feeling rushed.
With fewer children, the coach has time to notice their progress, adjust the challenges, and support their development through individualized attention.
At Mini Gym, we work with small groups and a calm, structured class flow.
Repetition Path
Create a simple movement path (using a line of tape, cushions, or dots) for your child to follow as part of fun activities for children. Allow them to repeat it as many times as they want to enhance their skills.
“Try Again” challenges
Offer small, controlled challenges that they can redo, like stepping over a low object, balancing on one foot, or crawling under a chair. These challenges can be great additions to their gymnastic course and promote their overall development.
Slow & steady stacking
Use soft blocks, cushions, or household items to let your child build, knock down, and rebuild. This activity supports the child's development by encouraging creativity and coordination.
