Energetic & Playful children thrive when their enthusiasm is guided with close attention.
In small groups, their energy is safely channeled, they stay engaged, and receive the structure they need to build control and confidence.
At Mini Gym, we work with small groups and a calm, structured class flow.
Soft landing jumps
Place a pillow or soft mat and invite gentle jumps in place or small hops forward.
“Move & freeze” game
Let your child run, wiggle or dance for a few seconds and then call “freeze”.
It’s fun and teaches control, impulse regulation and listening skills.
Obstacle mini-loop
Create a tiny loop of 3–4 movements: step over a cushion → crawl under a table → spin once → touch the wall.
